# Polymechanic – Assistant Department Head, 80–100% (m/f)

Location: Schwarzenburg

As the assistant manager of our Mechanical Engineering Department, you will play an active role in production planning, manufacturing, and apprentice training.

## Job description

* Deputy Department Head
* Working in production on modern CNC machining and turning centers as well as on conventional machines
* Assisting in the training of polymechanic apprentices
* Contributing to the development and improvement of production processes

## Requirements

* Completed basic technical training as a polymechanic
* Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, flexibility, and reliability
* Experience operating CNC and conventional machines
* Ability to work independently, with precision, and in a structured manner
* Interest in training apprentices
* Good written and spoken German skills
