# Successfully put into operation

Our project today involves an automatic coating machine from the G-COAT 415 series, model A10, from our partner Grünig Interscreen AG.

## Installation report from our German partner Simon GmbH

Our project today involves an automatic coating machine from the G-COAT 415 series, model A10, from our partner Grünig Interscreen AG.

This machine can coat screen printing frames with a maximum height of up to 3,000 mm and a width of up to 1,600 mm. The G-COAT 415\_A10 was optionally equipped with pneumatic screen frame clamping to ensure quick and easy screen handling.

The customer also received several sets of coating troughs in various configurations. This allows for the easy coating of numerous screen printing stencils. A compact wall-mounted rack for 10 troughs was supplied for proper storage of the coating troughs.

## G-COAT 415 Specifications

* High-precision double-sided coating
* Reliable coating process with reproducibility of +/- 1 micron
* Touchscreen terminal for saving multiple coating programs
* Various configurations available (front/side loading, raised base for ergonomic operation with small screens, IN-LINE capability, magazine technology, etc.)
* Various options available, such as trough cleaning, trough filling, programmable trough pressure, multiple frame holders, etc.

## Coating channel G-COAT 401

* Patented system with slide-in coating edge
* 4 different radii (0.25 / 0.5 / 0.75 / 1.0 mm)
* Available in lengths up to 7.1 m
* Integrated dust cover TOP-COVER up to 2 m in length

## Channel accessories

* MyCleaner for easy cleaning of the channels
* Wall shelf suitable for holding 10 channels
