Graphic screen technology

The foundation is our mechanical stretching technology. By ensuring completely uniform mesh stretching across the entire frame, we eliminate distortion before coating. Combined with digital CtS positioning, we ensure that every screen in the series is perfectly aligned – essential for multicolor printing and complex overprinting.

Yes. Our CtS direct exposing unit operates without the disruptive factor of film. By eliminating light scattering and mounting errors, halftone dots are transferred sharply and without dot gain onto the screen. Since all exposure parameters are digitally stored, screen quality is 100% identical for every repeat job.

Effect inks and spot varnishes require precisely defined layer thicknesses (Rz values). Our coating systems operate within micrometer-level tolerances. This ensures uniform ink application across the entire production run and prevents quality variations that are unavoidable with manual coating.
