Opacity depends heavily on the ink deposit (EOM – Emulsion over Mesh). Our coating systems enable precisely controlled emulsion build-up. Combined with accurately controlled drying and exposure, we create screens that provide sufficient ink transfer for strong white underbases and brilliant plastisol colors.

Absolutely. The exposure parameters of our CtS systems are optimized to fully cure the emulsion. This makes the screen extremely resistant to water-based inks and aggressive cleaning solvents, significantly increasing screen lifetime.
