# G-WASH 104

Compact front-loading washing unit with closed-loop system, smartphone programming and over 100 program slots.

## Description

* PLUG & WASH construction method:
Unpack, set up, connect, wash
* The machine is available in 5 standard sizes:
Screen height (SH): 1500 mm
Screen width (SB): 1000 - 2000 mm in increments of 250 mm
* Ecological closed-circuit operation
* Safe working procedures with flammable cleaning products (flash point >55°C) thanks to the closed washing chamber
* Uncomplicated operation by means of a program selector switch and robust push buttons
* The exposure times, the speed of the spraying carriage, the number of washing moves as well as additional parameters are freely programmable by means of a Smartphone
* More than 100 program slots are available for memorizing the washing programs. Three programs can be allocated to the selector switch via the Smartphone.
* Rugged pump guaranteeing a reliable operation and optimal washing results
* Monitoring of the flow rates and temperature of the cleaning product
* Special Grünig nozzles made of stainless steel V2A with service cover, designed for maximum cleaning ease
* The wide choice of options enables you to adapt the machine to your individual requirements
* Universal screen fastening system designed for handling many different screen formats
* Space-saving and compact construction
* Front loader with sliding door
* Robust construction of stainless steel V2A
* Low-maintenance and user-friendly design
* INDUSTRIE 4.0 READY (prepared for connection to G-GATEWAY)
