High-performance decoating system with electronically controlled pressure and fully programmable processes.

## Description

* PLUG & WASH construction method:
Unpack, set up, connect, de-coat
* The machine is available in 5 standard sizes:
Screen height (SH): 1500 mm
Screen width (SB): 1000 - 2000 mm in increments of 250 mm
* Ecological closed-circuit operation
* Safe working procedures thanks to the closed washing chamber
* Uncomplicated operation by means of Touch-Screen Terminal
* The washing pressure, exposure times, speed of the spraying carriage, the number of washing moves as well as several additional parameters are freely programmable.
* More than 100 program slots are available for memorizing the washing programs
* Powerful pumps for optimal de-coating results
* Electronically adjustable washing pressure
* Individually switchable nozzle bars for squeegee and printing sides
* Special Grünig nozzles made of stainless steel V2A with service cover, designed for maximum cleaning ease
* The wide choice of options enables you to adapt the machine to your individual requirements
* Universal screen fastening system designed for handling many different screen formats
* Space-saving and compact construction
* Front loader with sliding door
* Robust construction of stainless steel V2A
* Low-maintenance and user-friendly design
