Insight into the Profession
During your introductory apprenticeship as an Automation Technician EFZ, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the field. You’ll get an insight into typical tasks related to electrical controls, wiring, assembly, and automated systems.
Hands-On Tasks
Through hands-on tasks, we’ll show you what to expect during your apprenticeship as an automation technician and what the work environment is like at Grünig-SignTronic. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about the profession, the apprenticeship, and the training company.
Duration of the Taster Program
If you’re already very interested in the apprenticeship position, we recommend a 3-day taster program. If you’re still unsure about your career choice or would like to get to know the profession first, a 1-day trial is also available.
Requirements for the 3-day trial
For a 3-day trial, we’ll need your most recent school transcripts in advance. We specifically offer these trial apprenticeships to students who, based on their academic performance and profile, are generally eligible for an apprenticeship as an automation technician EFZ.
Assessment
During the 3-day trial apprenticeship, we’ll also conduct an assessment. This allows us to evaluate together how well your skills and interests align with the profession of automation technician (EFZ).
