Textile Screen Printing
High Speed and Maximum Screen Power
High Speed and Maximum Screen Power
In the textile sector, maximum screen durability and extremely fast design changes are the key competitive advantages. We provide system solutions that match the high throughput demands of the modern textile industry with absolute process reliability – from fast CtS exposure for complex halftones to automated cleaning of heavily used screens.
Our technology is optimized for the demanding requirements of plastisol and water-based inks to minimize downtime and maximize screen lifetime. The result is robust printing forms that guarantee consistent, brilliant image reproduction even at extremely high production volumes and rapid collection changes.

Benchmarks for High-Speed Production
Screens that withstand the intensive friction of squeegees and coarse textile fibers during long print runs without losing sharpness.
Precise coating for the required emulsion thicknesses to achieve perfect opacity on dark textiles, even with plastisol or water-based inks.
Minimal setup times through a digital workflow: CtS exposure enables instant switching between designs without time-consuming film setup.
Systems designed for aggressive textile chemicals and cleaning agents to guarantee complete screen removal without damaging the mesh.
Automation of the screen production line (washing, coating, exposure) to reliably meet the high demand of modern textile carousel printers.
Reliable CtS exposure of halftones and fine lines to ensure photorealistic designs are reproduced cleanly even on stretchable fabrics.
System Solutions for Textile Production
In the textile world, screen durability and fast design changes determine profitability. Our hardware is designed to meet the high demand for printing forms in the fashion and merchandising industry with absolute reliability.

High viscosities from plastisol or water-based inks place heavy demands on the screen. Our stretching technology guarantees the necessary stability to ensure perfect snap-off behavior even with coarse mesh types.

Time is the critical factor for changing designs. Our CtS technology transfers your artwork directly onto the emulsion within seconds – delivering razor-sharp details without the time required for traditional film exposure.

Perfect opacity on dark textiles requires precise screens. Through digital control, you can store exact coating profiles that ensure identical ink transfer for every new batch.
Textile Screen-Making Technology
Opacity depends heavily on the ink deposit (EOM – Emulsion over Mesh). Our coating systems enable precisely controlled emulsion build-up. Combined with accurately controlled drying and exposure, we create screens that provide sufficient ink transfer for strong white underbases and brilliant plastisol colors.
Absolutely. The exposure parameters of our CtS systems are optimized to fully cure the emulsion. This makes the screen extremely resistant to water-based inks and aggressive cleaning solvents, significantly increasing screen lifetime.
By completely eliminating film. With CtS direct exposure, the design moves directly from the graphics workstation onto the screen. Combined with our automated developing and washing systems, the time between “job received” and “screen on the carousel” is reduced to a minimum.
Yes. Even though textile printing often uses coarser mesh, digital exposure without light scattering ensures razor-sharp halftone dots. This prevents fine details from filling in and guarantees smooth gradients even at high printing speeds.
This is one of the greatest advantages of our digital control systems. Since all process data (stretching, coating cycles, exposure time) is stored as a profile, you can reproduce an identical screen even months later. The reprint will look exactly like the original production run – without time-consuming adjustments or trial and error.
