1. Requirement analysis & program selection
Depending on ink system and contamination level, the ideal cleaning program is selected to precisely match chemistry and time to the application.
2. Intelligent spray technology
Our specially developed V2A stainless steel nozzles ensure complete coverage. The unique service cap allows direct maintenance on the spray pipe without stressing the thread through disassembly.
3. Intensive cleaning & decoating
Under controlled pressure, emulsions and particles are removed deep into the mesh. The chemical-resistant nozzle design prevents spray distortion caused by clogging, ensuring ghost-free results.
4. Ecological fluid treatment
Used water and chemicals are filtered directly within the system and returned to the process cycle. This conserves resources and minimizes disposal effort.
