Installation report from our German partner Simon GmbH
Our project today involves an automatic stripping machine from the G-WASH 112 series, manufactured by our partner Grünig Interscreen AG.
At the customer's request, the machine was optionally equipped with a degreaser unit. This allows the system to strip and degrease screen printing stencils. The system is very space-saving thanks to its simple front loading and sliding door.
The customer opted for an environmentally friendly cleaning system (G-WASH 034), which is directly connected to the G-WASH 112. This system efficiently separates liquids and solids using inclined filter technology.

The additional filtration allows for up to 90% recirculated water to be used, resulting in significant fresh water savings. This increases both efficiency and environmental friendliness.
Scope of this project:
- G-WASH 112 automatic stripping machine with options and expansion stages
- G-WASH 034 inclined filter system
Naturally, we also supply consumables for the inclined filter system, such as filter fleece.
